Zinc Magnesium Aspartate (ZMA) supplements are becoming more and more popular amongst athletes and bodybuilders. Zinc and Magnesium deficiencies can lead to lowered levels of testosterone, it might be of benefit to you to supplement with these two minerals in order to maintain a normal level of testosterone. All three ingredients in ZMA play an important role in the body’s immune system. Vitamin B6 is used by the body to make white blood cells, Zinc is also involved in this process as well as the process of wound healing. Magnesium may also help to reduce inflammation.
