Returning or withdrawing

How does returning or withdrawing work?

• Fill in the form for efficient processing.
• Once Alpha Supps receives the products in good condition (see conditions), we will refund the amount within 10 working days.

Return costs

Returns are at your own expense. For the exceptions below, the return costs will be refunded:

• You received a different product than the one you ordered.
• The shelf life of the product has expired at the time of receipt.
