Electrolyte+ is a fully transparent, unpatented electrolyte and hydration supplement with effective doses as part of the Supplement Needs Performance range.

Formulated by Dean St Mart, Electrolyte+ combines 3 of the body's most important electrolytes - 510 mg potassium, 140 mg sodium and 45 mg magnesium; along with 500 mg magnesium taurate, 2.5 g D-Ribose and 1 g creatine monohydrate; all in a convenient 7 g serving size.

Electrolyte+ is specially designed to help optimise daily hydration.

Available in 4 delicious flavours - Pineapple Punch, Blackcurrant, Citrus Twist & Cola.

Note: A common observation is that the product may clump together. This is perfectly normal as the ingredients are hygroscopic (absorb moisture from the air), so it is recommended to store the product in a dry environment away from humidity and heat. During hot periods, storage at colder temperatures such as in the fridge can help counteract this.

The product also undergoes a colour change. D-Ribose is what is known as a reducing sugar that can react, slowly changing the white powder to a yellowish colour. This does not affect the quality of the product.

User manual

Electrolyte+ is designed to be used during periods when hydration goals need support.

1 serving (7 g) should be mixed with 500 ml of water and ideally taken upon waking.

An extra serving can be used during periods of mental fatigue; and additionally during the peri-workout window.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ideally, Electrolyte+ can be switched with Intra EAA+ and Intra Carb+ to provide the basis of optimal nutritional and hydration recovery.
