Unlike other ashwagandha, KSM-66 is produced using a special process in which the extract is obtained without the use of alcohol or chemicals.
A key difference between KSM-66 and other ashwagandha is from which part of the plant extract it is extracted. Cheaper and less superior forms of ashwagandha get the extract from the leaves of the plant. This extract is less concentrated and bioavailable. KSM-66 ashwagandha, on the other hand, uses only the root of the plant to extract the extract from.
Usage:
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with meals.
