Instructions for use:
Mix two scoops (45g) with 500-700ml of water and drink half during the first half of your session, then top up with fresh water to 500-700ml and drink the rest during the second half of your session.

If you are in a competition, take the same approach: drink half just before your first game, refill and drink between rounds. Don't take more than two full servings a day.
