How to use

RECOMMENDED USE: As an adult dietary supplement, for best results, take one serving, with water, 20 minutes before a meal or high-carb workout if using a high-carbohydrate intra-workout product. Use 1 capsule (one serving) for 40-60 grams of carbohydrates. Increase dosage when consuming larger amounts of carbohydrates. Do not combine with prescribed insulin or glucose clearance medications.
