Description

PER4M Sleep Capsules come in capsule form. The formula contains amino acids, standardised ashwagandha extract (KSM-66®), minerals and plant extracts. The label states a usage recommendation of four capsules in the evening.

Ingredients (according to label)

• L-tryptophan
• KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract (standardised to 5% withanolides)
• Magnesium bisglycinate
• L-theanine (from green tea extract)
• 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan)
• Zinc monomethionine
• Tart cherry extract
• Valerian root extract (10:1)
• Pyridoxine-HCl (vitamin B6)
• Excipients: rice flour, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule)

Use

Take 4 capsules daily, preferably 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Always follow the instructions on the product label.

Produced in a facility that also processes products containing nuts, milk, eggs, soy and fish.
