Pycnogenol is an extract from the bark of the French maritime pine, rich in proanthocyanidins, chemical compounds that occur naturally in fruits and plants. These compounds are being investigated for their anti-inflammatory properties.

Studies show that Pycnogenol can contribute to eye, skin and joint health. It supports the production of collagen, hyaluronic acid and nitric oxide.
