DREAM SLEEP contains high doses of theanine and pharmaceutical-grade patented ashwagandha. It is formulated as a supplement for use at bedtime.

The addition of magnesium, along with other ingredients such as valerian root and L-tryptophan, is part of the product formula.

L-Tryptophan, Valerian root 10:1 extract, Magnesium bisglycinate, KSM-66 Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, 5-HTP, Zinc methionine, Vitamin B6.
