L-Glycine is a valuable addition to your evening routine and can work synergistically with SupportMax Neuro and ZMAX. The product was developed from Rick's personal need to optimise his recovery after intensive training. The results were so good that he decided to market the product.

Recommended use
Consume 1-2 servings (4-8g) daily before bedtime. Mix per serving with 300-500ml water, adjusting to taste. L-Glycine can be combined well with SupportMax Neuro and ZMAX. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
