Zinc is an essential mineral involved in numerous body functions, including enzymatic reactions, protein synthesis and maintaining healthy skin. In addition, zinc plays a role in supporting the immune system and metabolism. The supplement is free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives, and is suitable for vegetarians.
