Instructions - Always shake before use. Simply apply a small amount to the area you want to cover with gripchalk and rub evenly. Let air dry for 15-30 seconds (you can speed this up by blowing on the area). You now have a perfect layer of grip chalk. Clean with warm, soapy water after use for removal.

Composition: Isopropyl alcohol, magnesium carbonate, aqua, gum rosin, methyl cellulose, lemon distilled essential oil.
