Per4M – Hydrate Electrolyte Mix

Per4m Hydrate is a refreshing advanced electrolyte blend designed to replenish essential electrolytes lost through perspiration, ensuring optimal hydration levels throughout the day.

Hydrate is formulated to the highest standard, with 500 mg of Cocomineral, a powdered coconut water extract that contains important electrolytes, as well as 2 g of Taurine, which promotes muscle function, cardiovascular health and neurological support.

The easy-to-prepare powder is made by simply mixing with water to help you perform better during exercise and during daily activities.
