Proven™ is a stimulant-free pre-workout. It was developed as an alternative to Defib. Among other ingredients, the product contains Citrulline Malate, Oxystorm® (amaranth extract), pomegranate extract, L-Tyrosine, Uridine, CognatiQ®, Taurine and Peak ATP®.

The compound is versatile and can be used in a variety of sports disciplines such as bodybuilding, crossfit, powerlifting, Hyrox, strongman, BJJ and MMA.

Citrulline Malate 2:1, L-Tyrosine, Taurine, Oxystorm® (Amaranth Extract), Flavouring, Acidity regulator (Malic Acid), Himalayan Salt (pink), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Peak ATP® (Adenosine 5'-Triphosphate Disodium), Anti-caking agent (Silicon Dioxide), Uridine Monophosphate, Sweetener (Sucralose), Cognatiq™ (Coffee (Coffea arabica) Fruit Extract), Colouring agent (Caramel E150c), Anti-foaming agent, Pomegranate Extract (Fruit) 15:1, AstraGin® (Astragalus Membranaceus and Panax Notoginseng).

Allergen advice

Produced in a factory that also processes cereals containing gluten, egg, soya and milk. Suitable for vegetarians. Halal-certified.

Use

Mix one scoop (16 g) with 300 - 400 ml of water and take approximately 30 minutes before training. Use only as directed.
