Basic contains a whole range of ingredients that should be consumed daily for optimal results, many of which people take only on training days. Studies have shown that creatine and beta-alanine can definitely contribute to more muscle growth when taken regularly.
Another ingredient that can contribute to muscle growth in this way is betaine. Expect better performance with regular consumption!

Furthermore, Basic Peak contains O2. This ingredient can help with increased oxygen uptake. Oxygen deficiency is usually a limiting factor for intense activity, so the benefits speak for themselves!
