Chemical Warfare brings you Commander a high-quality complex carbohydrate matrix, ideal for fuelling your workout with clean, on-time energy ingredients. Commander consists mainly of Cluster Dextrin®, an excellent complex carbohydrate with numerous studies on athletic performance. Other notable ingredients include taurine which helps with energy capacity, Palatinose® which, when ingested, inhibits fat storage in adipose tissue, Glycersize®, a high-yield form of glycerol that helps with hydration and endurance and Senactiv® which helps with recovery through muscle-preserving cells.

It comes in two tasty great flavours and mixes excellently in a shaker.
