Proposed use

Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 300ml of water or milk in a Applied Nutrition shaker at any time of the day to increase your daily protein intake.

Beef-XP can also be mixed with breakfast cereals, oatmeal, used in baking and in many other recipes to add flavour and increase protein content without lactose.

Scoop sizes are approximate; a scale is recommended for accuracy.
