Taking amino acids around training is simply similar to consuming a meal. If you ate 1 hour before your workout, take your Peak Aminos 1 hour after your session, drunk over a short period of time, just as you would eat a solid meal. This maintains the usual 2-3-hour gap that is often maintained when following a lifestyle based on strength and training.

You can also supplement your daily intake of amino acids with our other product, 1kg EAA.
