Liposomal Vitamin B12 is designed to be used during periods when optimal absorption is desired.

1 serving (1 ml, 1 measured pipette) should be taken daily.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Ideally, Liposomal Vitamin B12 can be stacked with Liposomal CoQ10 and PQQ.

Suitable for vegetarians. Suitable for vegans.

Do not use within 3 hours before bedtime as it may disrupt sleep.

Shake well before use.

Store refrigerated after opening and use within 90 days
