Hydro Whey Zero is a combined whey protein drink powder with a protein content of 80%. The protein composition consists of added amino acids L-glutamine and L-arginine in addition to sources of hydrolysed whey protein and whey isolate. The breakdown of hydrolysed whey protein - by hydrolysis (a pre-digestion process) - is easier and faster for our bodies. The amino acids glutamine and arginine added to the whey protein complex are nutrients produced by our body, but belong to the category of conditionally essential amino acids. The body therefore needs to be constantly replenished with new amino acids.

RECOMMENDED USE

Mix one serving (22 g = 1 scoop = 2 full tablespoons) with 250 ml of water. Use a shaker. On training days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On training days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
